Pebble Beach, a place of dreams and desires. Perhaps no other place in the country immediately brings up visions in a person’s mind. It may be a picture of the Lone Cypress, the iconic trade mark of Pebble Beach, that tourists flock to so they can take a photo – perhaps a selfie with this symbol in the background to say, “I was here!”

For me, before I moved to the Monterey Peninsula from San Francisco, I was most taken by the mansions that line 17 Mile Drive as I wondered, “Who lives in these magnificent homes?”
3256 17 Mile Drive listed by Carmel Realty Company for $32,000,000.
Most of us can’t buy a home like this, however, let me tell you about a home that may be in your reach.
As of today, it is listed at the least expensive home per square foot in all of Pebble Beach. It was remodeled with care 10-15 years ago and has fantastic views of the Monterey Bay, Del Monte forest, the mountains, and the Coastline.
Also, fantastic views of the sunrise from your breakfast table.
This spacious home is 3347 square feet on a 15,695 SF lot with plenty of room for growing flowers, tomatoes, or roses!
The home has a spacious open floor plan and is a great home for entertaining friends and family.
A living room with a view!Gourmet kitchen with a fabulous view and top of the line appliances!
The best part is that all of the main living areas and the master are at street level so its almost like having a single level home! The large master bedroom has probably the best view in the home and has an adjoining large master bath and walk-in closet.
Also on this level is a small bedroom/or office and another full bath. Downstairs offers lots more room for family or guests with a family room, three large bedrooms, another full bath and extra storage areas. More pluses if you can handle them . . . large rear deck, radiant heat throughout the home, a generator . . . well, I could go on and on. Come see this incredible home and buy it before someone else snatches your dream.

In January we had an evening of fun and frolic to honor our Top Producers with the theme of the Who done it . . “Murder on theOrient Express“. Luckily, there was no real murder and all survived the evening enjoying a wonderful dinner and kicking up our heels dancing.
Pat, Michelle, and I drew the butler cards
We had an “ice breaker” to get people to mingle. Our mission with a prize at completion was to find all the other guests with our same card representing the characters from the movie, “Murder on theOrient Express“. Luckily, in this case, the butler DIDN’T do it.
Geoff, hubby Allan, and Tony drew the conductor.
My husband, Allan, standing in the center, drew the conductor card.
After dinner was the presentation of the 2018 Awards
